The GMT-Master is one of the coolest and versatile vintage Rolex watches, with a huge array of variations and bezel colours.
We are delighted to offer a very rare example today, of the recently identified Mk0 matte dial 1675. Similar to the Long E, the Mk0 has a shorter middle stroke in the E with a lot of serif.
Also, the lume is zinc-sulphide, so it glows under UV. To top it off, the watch has its original small GMT hand, like the gilt dial watches that came before. Truly transitional!
This watch has a strong case with thick and even lugs.
The dial is in fantastic original condition with clean hour plots. The red-back Pepsi insert looks fresh and rich in colour!
The rivet link Oyster bracelet is a reference 7206, fitted with reference 80 endlinks and clasp stamped ‘4 67’. The watch has been fully serviced by our watchmaker.
This is a very rare GMT in awesome condition that will appeal to the connoisseur collector. Please get in touch to discuss it more.
