Is the Mia Prima waterproof?
Yes. The USB Charger and Micro-USB Stand, however, should not have any contact with water.
How often does Mia Prima device need to be charged and how long does a full charge last?
Please charge your device 18 hours before first use. The device comes with The Battery Life Indicator that illuminates to indicate battery life status of the device and to prompt you when to charge it. To ensure optimal performance, charge your device when necessary but do not leave it plugged into a power source continually to avoid any issues with battery degradation.
What skincare products can be used with Mia Prima?
Daily Radiance Brush Head: Use with any of your favourite cleansers as long as the formula does not contain exfoliating beads or particles with sharp edges.
Contraindications:
If you are under a doctor's care for any skin condition or if you think you may have a skin condition, please consult your doctor before using the Clarisonic Mia Prima.
We recommend that you do not share brush heads.
Do not use this device with exfoliation that uses jagged particles, such as shells. Clarisonic brushes may be used with soft, rounded exfoliating particles.
Using the Clarisonic device to remove make-up may stain the bristles, but will not affect performance. If discoloration occurs, clean the brush head with soap and water. This product uses magnets.
