All battery sales orders will receive a battery order confirmation email requesting the following information:

*E-Bike: Brand, model, motor power watts, year built or purchase and picture
*Battery: Brand, model, amp hours(Ah) and voltage and picture of the battery

Note: 48v bikes don't require a key to start. Simply press and hold the button at the bottom on the left side of the handlebars for a second or two. The LCD will illuminate, indicating the bike is on. To switch the bike off, press and hold the same button until the bike powers down. The key is solely for locking the battery onto the bike.
